Our company has an extensive process engineering know-how combined with international exposure in the planning, project development and construction of various plants at different locations.
We have a well-established quality control and manufacturing process and the QC department is responsible for supervising each section of the manufacturing process.All manufacturing is done keeping in mind that the Acetylene plant is highly flammable and explosive equipment and the design pressure and intrinsic temperatures of each and every equipment used in the process is developed according to the parameters of safe operation and handling. The plants confirm to NFPA - 51A standards while being aware of the section 8 of ASME codes.
We put maximum effort to deliver a reliable product for which product testing is essential. We have a very established testing procedure for each acetylene plant and an experienced team to execute the testing procedures. Once the plant is manufactured, the welding joints are x-rayed to expose defective welds that previously may have been undetected. We also apply DP test on all materials along with hydrostatic testing on the equipment and vessels. The interconnecting pipelines and other pressure vessels are confirmed for structural integrity and strength.
Apart from the manufacturing, the plant automation is simulated by our engineers prior to dispatch. Each component and raw materials are tested by our teams to conduct periodical testing through parameters such as visual damages, weight loss and loss of elasticity. The system also provides support for mandatory requirement for safety.
We have a dedicated transport department headed by the shipping in-charge to send the shipments across the world with the requisite paperwork. Ensuring the safe transport of products is a key area of safety, security and product protection and hence Export shipments are containerized right at the factory under supervision by our team and are safely transported to the country of installation needing to be opened only once the containers have safely arrived at the destination.
Being a brand name, we continually strive to further decrease the frequency of transport-related accidents and hence we use sea transportation due to it's a number of features, including safely, security and cost effectiveness. In fact, our team follows up on the shipment delivery schedule until the delivery of the items at clients' site. Smaller parts can be sent by Air on the client's approval and in case of quick service support.
Our company employs a number of well qualified and experienced engineers to provide cost effective and reasonable supervision for erection,commissioning and, obviously, installation services. As soon as our shipment reaches the destination country, we send our engineering team to install the plant and machinery as per the pre-determined layout of the client's facility. In addition, they also provide training to the operators so that the client can run the machine effectively for the long run.
We send senior engineers who have years of experience in the industry for plant installation. After completion of the procedure, we do not want customer grievances. Once our customers and their operators get 100% satisfied with our products and installation services, the engineer leaves for own country. The professional installation services ensure long life and high purity from the machines.
